I have spent most of today unloading my kiln, and being shot and interviewed by RCC photog student Ashley Garner while doing so. Ashley took some waaay cool photos that I'm looking forward to posting here as well - like pictures of me holding a chicken under one arm and a chicken-inspired tray in the other. Stay tuned for those. The images below are just a few of the pieces I fired on Wednesday. Instead of setting up my equipment in front of the graduated background, with special lighting and everything, this time I just shot them on the floor of my kiln shed, right beside my kiln. Enjoy.

You know how much I love the copper red, so the soup plate is my favorite out of all this. I also really like the blue ash/mustard yellow combo as in the serving bowl.
I just love bowls of any kind, shape, and color for some reason. I wonder why that is?!
Hope you have a great weekend. Keep me informed of what you cook, too. You know I live for food!
I too like the soup plate with all that trailing. Nice load. Nice crotch shot too. (sorry I had to say that after your comments on my 'boob bowls') Hope you have a good weekend. Look forward to the chicken shot.
