plodding along.....

All this, and I'm still not through making pots for COSP.
Fall means beautiful leaves, clear blue skies......and soup! I bought groceries specifically for making Italian soup last night, and started a big batch before I ate breakfast this morning. I can't think of anything more fortifying than a big bowl of soup made with homemade stock, string beans, kidney beans, corn, cabbage, ground beef, garlic, onions, celery, carrots, tomatoes, and pasta. That said, this is still pizza night :-) the soup will wait until tomorrow.

Yum- although I don't like kidney beans- don't tell because people think I will eat anything!

you're kidding? anywho...any kind of bean would probably work, even those white Italian kinda beans.
